*Constraints and Exclusions
- Our lowest prices policy applies to any lower price on an item that is in-stock from a competitor’s online or physical store (excluding WA).
- It applies where our competitor’s price excluding GST and delivery charges is lower than our price.
- A comparable product means a product that has the same or substantially similar product specifications to our product e.g., dimensions and specifications, such as fire rating, water resistance or slip rating etc.
- The product must be in-stock and at a lower price with our competitor at the time of the price match request.
- The competitors' conditions may apply i.e., location, payment type, freight, delivery etc.
- We will not offer rain-checks for items that are not currently in stock.
- Excludes products that are for sale via auction, stock liquidations or clearance (including eBay, third party sellers and online marketplaces).
- Excludes customised or special-order products.
